It also gives our team a clear vision on what steps we need to take to get your renovation completed smoothly.

1. Intro Call

Get in touch with one of our team members with your idea.

We’ll answer your initial questions, and listen to your goals and budget needs. If you’re ready for more detail, then we’ll schedule an appointment.

2. Meet in Person 

We meet with you at your convenience for an in-person review of your project. 

David, your project manager, and an assistant will ask all the questions and take the notes necessary to generate a free proposal.

3. Proposal Presentation

We never take more than a week and half to create a free proposal after meeting with you at your home.

In the rare case that it takes longer, we’ll let you know ahead of time.

4. Project Begins

After signing the agreement, and mutually agreeing on a time, our hand-picked contractors start work on your home.

You can track updates, and scheduled work days through your client login.

The Design Agreement

Our Design Agreement is your vehicle to get to a fixed price contract. During the pre-construction phase, this is the most important document.

Our Design Agreement brings a great value to your project, you will have our design team meet with you to select the perfect product while our production team finalize your construction scope and costs.

This process allows you to sign a contract with no surprises regarding design or costs.

Our goal is to eliminate change order and guarantee you a price that will work for you and your family.

Warrantee

4 year warranty on all workmanship and 8 Years for structural components.

Communication

Once we break ground on your project, we respond to every call, email or text you send before 4pm. Or we owe you dinner.

Schedule

We promise you job will be substantially completed on time. Or final draw back. 5% of construction cost.
