This kitchen, living room, and bathroom were completely remodeled to open up the living area and to provide a bright, contemporary feel. Front Porch Addition
OVERVIEW
This plain and uninviting front of this home was overhauled with a new porch that completely changes the look of the home. Stone was added on the exterior wall to the left of the porch to help tie together the stone columns from the porch to the rest of the house. Many custom trim features were used during construction of porch, front door trim details, curved cedar ceiling, multiple field built columns, and custom build corbels.

Luxury Bathroom
OVERVIEW
Existing bathroom was completely removed with sink and tub locations staying in same locations. Shower and toilet area were redesigned to have a larger shower and more private toilet area. The new shower is large and features four body sprays, fixed shower head and handheld, steam unit, curved ceiling with speaker/lighting unit, and large glass tiles with carrera marble tiles for floor, ceiling, and accents. New jet tub was installed that with mood lighting.

Complete Kitchen Renovation
OVERVIEW
Old kitchen was big but felt small due to partition walls and small breakfast area. Partitions where taken out and an addition was built off back which makes kitchen feel much bigger and also creates separate area for breakfast room. Cabinets installed made of exotic eucalyptus wood; stone backsplash with copper tile inserts brings all the colors of the kitchen together beautifully. Glass display cabinets with up-lighting inside add perfect place to display china. Existing granite counter tops were removed and stored until new cabinets were installed. After which existing granite was carefully reinstalled.

Existing bathroom was completely removed. Recessed light and new vanity light added to brighten up the area. Marble tile used on shower walls and floors made with porcelain tile. Heated floors installed under floor tiles to help keep feet warm in the winter. Kohler Plumbing fixtures were used for faucet, shower trim, and shower head.
