Our Process

Our system for success makes it easier for our clients to get their projects designed and renovated.

It also gives our team a clear vision on what steps we need to take to get your renovation completed smoothly.

We believe the client’s involvement is mutually beneficial to both parties throughout the process.

1. Introduction

Reach out to one of our team members with your idea.

We will answer any questions and take heed of your goals and budgets restraints. When you are ready to further discuss the project, we will schedule an appointment at your convenience.

2. First Meeting

We will meet with you in the comfort of your home at a time of your choice.

One of our Project Managers, David or Tom Hambleton, accompanied with an Estimator will take photos and notes necessary to generate a free proposal.

3. Proposal Presentation

We never take more than a week and a half to create the proposal after our first meeting.

Once ready, we will hand over your carefully constructed proposal for your review, and prepare for the next step.

4. Project Begins

After signing the proposal and mutually agreeing on a start date, our hand-picked contractors will start work on your home.

Your dream home is just four steps away from completion!

The Design Agreement

Our Design Agreement is your vehicle to getting a fixed price contract. It is the most valuable and important document in the pre-construction phase.

Frankly, home renovations are often a long and complicated project. For this very reason, we created a Design Agreement to act as a retainer, so the project can get started and moving with no complications. We want to simplify the project in a methodical and smooth step by step process.

Once signed, our design team meets with you to select the perfect product while our production team finalizes your schedule and scope of work.

Our goal is to eliminate change orders and guarantee you a price that works for you and your family.
